For a distance of .65 miles recorded by the machine, with ranging speeds of 1.5-3 miles and hour for warm-up, exercise, and slow down. AEX: I'm awake now, and hungry to eat breakfast. Wed., 1/24/01 805-825 a.m. BEX: I've been up for a little while, and have just enough time to exercise before school. EX: I jogged around my block for 20 minutes. AEX: I feel alright, but a little out of breath. Thurs., 1/25/01 920-950 a.m. BEX: I woke up a little while ago and have time to exercise. EX: I excercised on the treadmill for twenty minutes, improving my distance by walking .85 miles. AEX: I feel okay, but a little more tired since I tried to exercise faster. For the time being, I am not trying to improve my speed, since my legs get a little sore when I try to go too fast. I walked about .9 miles. AEX: My legs are a little stiff, but I'm feeling alright.
